Color & Chemical Service Deposit and Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide the time and attention required for all color and chemical services, a valid credit card must be kept on file when booking these appointments and a 25% deposit paid.
These services require us to reserve extended blocks of time in our schedule. As a small business, the time we set aside for your appointment directly affects our ability to schedule other clients. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time often cannot be filled, which results in lost revenue for the salon.
For this reason, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If cancelled in the time allotted, deposit will be fully refunded.
Appointments for color or chemical services that are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior, or no call/no show appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%–75% of the scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file.
We truly hate to have to implement policies like this, but unfortunately last-minute cancellations and no-shows happen far more often than most people realize. This policy helps us protect the time of our stylists and ensures we can continue providing quality service to all of our clients.
