All new clients booking color or chemical services are kindly asked to review our cancellation policy prior to scheduling.

These appointments require us to reserve dedicated time in our schedule, and this policy helps protect the time set aside specifically for your service as well as the salon in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-call/no-show. Unfortunately, situations like this occur more often than many people realize.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us respect both our schedule and the time of other clients.

Please note: All prices listed are starting rates. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and the specific style or service performed. More detailed or complex cuts may require additional time, and longer or thicker hair may require extra time or product depending on the service.

Chemical services require a brief consultation and a signed chemical release form prior to beginning any service. This allows us to review important details, discuss expectations, and ensure we can achieve the results you’re looking for.

Protecting the health of your hair is our top priority.
We will never perform any chemical service that could compromise the integrity of your hair. If you’ve recently had color or other chemical treatments, additional services performed too soon may cause damage. In these cases, we may recommend waiting or adjusting the service to ensure the safest and healthiest outcome for your hair. Even if this means losing out on potential revenue.
